ADIF has selected FHECOR for developing the design of the accessibility improvements to ten train stations in the Spanish province of Girona. Those ten stations belong to the Iberian gauge train network.
The main objective is to guarantee a complete accessibility for passengers in their use of the stations facilities as well as a more suitable access to all types of trains that give service at those stations increasing comfort and security to the passangers. The design will include PRM-adapted underpasses for all the stations as well as an extension of the platforms for some stations.
