FHECOR SELECTED FOR A NEW FOOTBRIDGE CONNECTING THE ROZA MARTIN SECTOR IN MAJADAHONDA (SPAIN)

11/2017

This week, FHECOR has signed a new contract with the City Council of Majadahonda. It includes the detailed design and later construction supervision of a new pedestrian bridge between the sector of "Roza Martín" and the city center of Majadahonda, in the Community of Madrid.

The technical proposal presented by FHECOR has demonstrated a deep understanding of the environment together with the identification of the main client’s requirements. Several footbridge alternatives have been proposed to the City Council and a specific methodology has been developed in order to successfully fulfill the contract to improve the pedestrian accessibility from "Roza Martin" Sector to the city of Majadahonda.

The works proposed by FHECOR include the design of a new footbridge over M-503 road from Bodas de Figaro St, the refurbishment and access to an existing overpass over M-50 and a connection to a roundabout of the city center.
