Fhecor will hand over the Project for the accesses to the bridge the coming week.

05/2004

The right-hand-side will receive a treatment of paving and speed bumps with the aim to regulate speed. The budget for the construction reaches €480,000 and will be partly financed by the Regional Government.

The company ‘Fhecor, S.A.’ will present the Project for the accesses of the third bridge to the Najera Town Hall next week. This project will commence in September or October this year and will be fulfilled parallel to the works of the viaduct.

Works done: Piles and footings and abutments on both banks.

Works to be done: left wings are being built. Ground levels shall be made suitable as access construction progresses.
The accesses compose the space between the end of the San Julian Pass and the bridge itself on the right-hand side and the infrastructure to Santiago Square on the left-hand side, according to Daniel Jimenez, surveyor for Fhecor which is the company in charge of the current Works.

Jimenez has forwarded as characteristics of said accesses, that “on the right-hand side there will be paving and at the junctions two speed bumps to reduce speed”. There will also be pavements on both sides based on ‘printed’ concrete.
